Description

An amazing private totally accessible tour into the beautiful Roman Forum, with private English speaking guide, and two dedicated assistants. Thanks to the special Wheely Trekky chair, the whole site will be 100% accessible, with no access restrictions to wheelchair users.

Wheely Trekky is a medical equipment which allow wheelchair users to enjoy sites which are usually considered as not accessible due to their obstacles such as cubblestones and unstable ground, typical of the archeological areas.

Using a seat and frame with only one wheel, plus two arms in the front and back to support the chair when not in motion and allow for movement up or down hills, Wheely Trekky is easily rolled and carried by two trained guides. 360° degree maneuverability around obstacles such as stones, holes, and steps allows visitors to safely navigate the country’s ancient streets and steps, areas previously off limit to disabled travelers.  Shock absorbers under the chair keep the ride smooth.

At your complete disposal during the tour a private english speaking guide who will provide you all the historical information about the site, and will tell you some interesting legends about the Roman Forum.

The tour include also:

  • entrance tickets for clients and assistants
  • private english speaking guide
  • professional assistance
  • delivery and colletion on site of the Wheely Trekky

On request is also possible to book a minivan with lift, to reach the site with an additional cost.

There are no more limits for wheelchair users, thanks to Wheely Trekky!
