There is no better place than the kitchen of a house to discover another culture, especially with its unique culinary tradition.

The service follows two steps: the cooking class and the meal. Both will take place in the chef’s private house. Choose from either the morning or afternoon to experience this Italian culinary adventure.

In the first part of the meeting the chef cooks with you, teaches you how to prepare three different kinds of home-made pasta and to use them in traditional recipes to prepare Italian masterpieces such as “Fettuccine al ragù” or “Tortellini soup”, using local ingredients and seasonal vegetables. While preparing the dishes along with the cooking teacher, you actively participate to the creation of the meal that you will eat.

Later, you and the chef will eat the meal you cooked together, drinking a glass of wine and chatting just like good friends do.

In the cooking class with market tour which starts at 9:30am, before the cooking class you go to the campo dei fiori market with the cooking teacher to buy the ingredients. The preparation of a meal begins with the selection of the best ingredients: to know where the seasonal vegetables can be found and how to pick the best fruit and vegetables is essential.
